I wish they had this booklet when my kids were little. It would've made car trips a lot easier if they had this to play with. I like the size of the booklet and the handle so that it can be carried around the house. I like working and playing with them as they learn how to perform learning tasks like buttons. I like that the booklet teaches the little ones life skills getting them ready for pre-school. I like that it teaches the animals as well as how to tie a shoelace. I recommend this for all young parents to bond with their kids while teaching them everyday tasks.
This is a great item for toddlers! This is the perfect activity for long car rides or trips when you want an alternative to screen-based entertainment. There is a nice variety of activities in this book with most of the pages being a collection of Velcro pieces that can be stuck to each page. The buckles/laces button is also great for building motor skills and functions for little ones learning how to do snaps and closures. Really fun product.
This activity board is perfect for young curious minds and small motor coordination. It has numerous mechanisms for opening and closing. The stroller and highchair safety buckles have attracted our little one for months, as does the zippers on clothing. This board allows self exploration BUT with adult supervision. At 1, too young to really make most anything work but oh so curious are those little hands and eyes. Entertaining and perfect for the curious.
We got this for the baby in anticipation of a long (12+ hours) flight as she needed something to do to kill time. The “busy book“ definitely did not disappoint its name. Each page was filled with something for the baby to be occupied with, although some of them are for our baby at the moment. This book lessened our stress with having to entertain the kid and minimized the screen time while in the plane.
I have been looking for this for literally decades! I remember playing with a book like this when I was a child. We called it a “quiet book”. It kept me busy but also taught/practiced fine motor skills. When my kids were little, I searched and searched and could only find expensive and disappointing versions. I was surprised to find this. Even better the price was extremely reasonable.
