My pitfall puppy has destroyed every "tough" and "durable" toy possible but this little guy? lasted us almost a full year. Our older pitbulll/lab is incredibly strong and it still hasn't broken under his weight. It tired them out too which is great. I also found it's great for training the dog to drop/leave it because they can't run away from the ball which makes it easier to train.
My 6 month old GSD puppy has such a great time pulling and playing with this bouncy toy. He loves jumping up to grab low hanging tree branches and this toy is so much easier to reach and pull on. Always love watching him wear himself out trying to pull this off. Any toy that can last more than a few minutes is a win-win one in this doggie household.
We originally bought this tug toy well over a year ago for our older dog. He enjoyed it and tugged at it frequently. Our new younger dog, a GSD/Border Collie just LOVES this thing! She plays with it daily and she’s much rougher with it than our older dog. This toy has been outside on a tree in all weather and has held up well. We thought we’d buy a second one for the prime tree spot and move the old one further back. Totally worth it for the amount of play time it gets.
I bought two of these in January. Today is November 25th, and my husband JUST put up the second one, today! And that was only because the first one has been used and LOVED. We got SO much use out of it!! Our dog LOVES this thing, and plays with it multiple times (RUFFly, LOL), everyday! He’s a border collie/lab mix, and he jumps up and pulls on it with his full body weight and super jaw, haha! His friends come over often and they love it too... as in the pic - so we were pleasantly surprised to find that this lasted so long! We will definitely buy more when this one dies!
