I love these no-heat rollers. Probably the easiest ones in the market. I have previously tested the long braiding kind, and the individual curler rods. Because of the material, it provides just enough friction to not completely roll out but also doesn't cause any frizziness. I have followed many YouTube videos online but the one included in the product listing is pretty good also. all in all, I have thick, long hair and I found three rods of this thickness to be the optimal number for me. Another way to use them is if you have previously applied heat to your hair and you're looking to revive your hair for a second or third day, toss them in and youll get the effect of both.
I should start with the fact that I have very thick hair. I shave the sides of my head to help deal with the volume of my hair and its still thick. It falls to just past my shoulder blades. I've struggled with my hair all my life as I hate the sound and heat of a hair dryer, and also have such thick hair that it takes all day to air dry. I use these at night, before an event I need my hair to look good for. After moisturizing my hair, I follow the instructions and secure the rollers under a bonnet. The best part is that I can wear it out with a head scarf and people just think I've got a retro hairstyle.
When I remove the curlers, my natural curl is very prominent and it doesn't require any maintenance to walk out the door with big bouncy curls. Absolutely love this product after having no success with the "halo" style air-drying curlers.

I’m a hair dresser and a mom so something like this is so easy for me to put in my hair and night and sleep in. It takes maybe 2 minutes to put in and less than that to take out. I spray it with a little water, put my silk cap over it at night and then off to sleep. When I remove them in the mornings I use a wide tooth comb to separate my curls and spray with a working hairspray!
This is the perfect way to preserve a blow out/ curled hair style. I use my Dyson once a week to style and put these in to maintain and keep hair curled. It’s been saving my hair from heat damage. I use two and put a bonnet over at night. It doesn’t bother me at all sleeping. It’s super easy to put in and doesn’t slip out. I love that there is a hook to keep everything locked in and it’s elastic so if you’re fumbling to get it it’ll eventually work lol. I haven’t had luck with other overnight blowouts either before. Highly recommend this product!!!
