AquaPocket™ - Travel Watercolor Set

This is a great watercolor set, with paints that go on smooth and they dry nicely on the paper. They dry with a nice blended edge instead of a stark line that would resemble a spill rather than a watercolor. The design of how just the entire kit is well done, being compact while still having everything you need. The paint brush is unique and works flawlessly, it might be the best part of the entire kit, its easy to work with and overall I'm very happy with how nice this set it! Very much worth the investment. So much better than the nonsense knock off sets out there. Very nice

I haven't used watercolor paint since I was a kid. Needless to say I was beyond rusty. I wanted to get back into the hobby and didn't want to spend a fortune on a bigger set if I was going to grow tired of it after a week or so. I found this little guy and decided for the price I couldn't go wrong. So far it's been great. The brush with the has been super simple, so that even I couldn't mess it up, and it works, GREAT. The color palette is great for what I wanted to do and unwind a little bit. If you don't want to dive all the way in with a whole crazy hundreds of $$$ set up, or are someone that likes to spontaneously paint on the go or while killing time, this is perfect.

I took this watercolor set on a recent road trip and loved it! It let me paint in the car while my husband was driving, and it was a great way to pass the hours on the road. Even better, pull it out while relaxing on the beach! The paint quality is good, the water brush works well, and I love how compact the palette is. It's a great way to paint when you don't want to bring a bunch of bulky supplies with you!

I started the year planning not to buy art products and use up what I have; however, I saw this little palette and ordered it. I must say I'm glad I did. I don't feel comfortable painting in public, but I want to paint more often. This palette is great to slip into my bag (with the included brush, and watercolor book, although i had an old book im finishing first thats a bit bigger, but i prefer the smaller pages) to find a quiet moment to paint. It takes up very little room in my bag so I do not feel like a pack mule. The colors are great, and are beyond better than expected. I also like the fact that the palette has a clip so that I can attached and not have it get lost in my purse.

I got this for my talented sister who has random bursts of inspiration to paint. It's a talent I hope she is always able to do when the mood strikes. Sometimes she just doesn't feel like pulling out all of the tools and supplies, which I understand. It's super portable--it can definitely fit in any sized bag. So cute. She was delighted by it as a birthday gift. I thought it was so cute that I bought one for either myself or perhaps for my artistic dad for when he just wants to doodle--haven't decided yet!
